NFL Week 17 Preview

Sabo/News
It is the final week of the regular season, and it is big for many teams. The one lingering question is with the Chicago Bears. They are already guaranteed to have at least a # 2 seed in the NFC. The only way they get the # 1 seed is if The Carolina Panthers win and obviously The Chicago Bears win. However, the chances that Carolina winning is very slim because they are playing against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons appear to have their heart set on securing the # 1 seed in the NFC, and The Panthers play like a bunch of immature children. The probable scenario is Atlanta winning, and Chicago securing the # 2 seed. This is where the Bears might want to intentionally lose to the Green Bay Packers in order to prevent the New York Giants from making the playoffs. Do you remember the last time the Bears played against the Giants? Will they play to lose the game? Jay Cutler almost died the last time he played the Giants. Whatever decision The Bears make, it better be a wise decision because they finally have a QB that has some potential to take them to the next level.
